The next generation TOC analyzer for ultra pure water and pure water applications
Like its predecessor, the system has been developed to facilitate the online/offline monitoring of total organic carbon (TOC) in pure and ultra pure water. The reliability of fast and accurate readings through conductivity detection has been further enhanced through the adaptation of the direct surface UV oxidation geometry and the optimization of fluidics and sensor coordination.
The improved measurement accuracy increases precision and reduces costs and environmental impact by minimizing water consumption to 7 mL/min – an approx. 50 % saving compared to previous models, which equates to 3600 L/ year less.
New features such as the long-life UV lamp (12 months life time) reduce maintenance costs and minimize waste. The miniTOC² convinces with a low detection limit of 0.5 ppb and an extended measuring range up to 1500 ppb.
